Our Aircraft

Sundown operates a Piper Warrior II, suitable for training at any certificate or rating level.  The Warrior was the next development of the legendary Piper Cherokee with a roomier cabin and lengthened wing.  Our Warrior II is equipped for Instrument Training with latest generation Garmin avionics.

Partner Aircraft

Sundown also has agreements with local owners and business for access to additional aircraft if you'd prefer to train in:

Piper Cherokee 180-C  A more powerful airplane that you might prefer for your training, this is an IFR equipped airplane with Avidyne and Garmin avionics.

Cessna 172P, the most produced aircraft in the world, the 172 makes an excellent trainer.  This one is IFR equipped with Aspen and Garment avionics.
